Where did the webapp deployment config go?

I'm running 90.122 on a MacBook Pro with MacOS X 10.6.1.

The config panel for my webapps are gone. All I can set is the context path.
There seems to be no way of specifying what webroot directory to deploy, wether or not to run a make, a mvn goal, ant target etc before the deploy etc.
Have these options moved?

I should add that I'm using Tomcat.

This build does not work for me. Everything is just way too slow. I need to be able to point Idea to pre-compiled web modules.
Running a make on my huge multi-module project pegs the CPU and the computer starts sounding like a Hair Dryer.

Nothing left to do but to revert to Maia-10781. Probably have to reconfigure my project too. I saw something about "converting" when the
environment started up. Bad sign.
