inline documentation not displayed in quick doc window(idea 13.1.4)

This is weird, when I press F2, the quick doc window pops out, but nothing is displayed in it!!
I was doing some debug(I set "Show quick doc on mouse move"), after that, this happened.

How can I get the inline documents displayed in the quick doc window?

Does manual resizing of quick doc window help? If it does, this is a known issue - please vote for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-121657. If it doesn't, please raise a new ticket.
