Maia Changes tool window : Compare all classes from revision on UML

I noticed this new button, and wonder what it should do ?

Also, from a custom vcs plugin implementer point of view, is there anything needed ? whenever I click this button nothing happens

For me it generates a class diagram for all classes that have changed or have been added. It shows new methods in green, changed methods in blue and deleted methods in gray. (The same colors as the files are in project view for VCS changes.) Unchanged methods are not shown in the diagram. The class names are also color coded. So it gives you a quick visualization of changes. I have found it quite useful.

I've used in on projects that use Subversion (1.5), TFS, perforce and CVS as their VCS.

I just tested again, and it seems to be working now. Not sure what was happening before

when i click the button, it asks to select a change list, but doesn't allow selecting the "modified without checkout"  one, is that intended ?

Hello Thibaut,

when i click the button, it asks to select a change list, but doesn't
allow selecting the "modified without checkout" one, is that intended
?

Yes. "Modified without checkout" (like "Unversioned files" and similar nodes)
is not a real changelist, so actions applicable to changelists don't work
on it.
