IMHO this is a bug in IDEA: pure web-facets don't need javaee.jar (http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-23914)

Yes, actually I was a bit surprised about this requirements. Thanks! I'll vote on it.

Hello Leszek,

The jar is no longer included in the distribution. There should be a quickfix
to download it automatically for you.

Hi,
the lack of this library is a mistake or not? Web facets submit a need
of this.
Check attached image.
Thanks

Hi Dimitry,
what was the reason to do it that way?

Please imagine working in a team. They all have to download it somewhere, which is in opposite to make project configuration clean and independent of the IDE. I am using maven, my coworkers Eclipse/IDEA/NetBeans and thanks to maven everyone of us can use IDE he wants.

Other thing is that my application doesn't need those jars.
