If you mean resetting to a predefined scheme, bundled with IDEA installation, then just select that scheme. E.g. Default or Darcula. They are not editable, so they are always in the fresh out-of-the-box state.
If you mean that you have some custom scheme, and open the Setting, make some changes, but want to revert, then check blue "Reset" action link in the top right corner of Settings dialog. Or just press Cancel.
