Is the GWT Studio in the enterprise edition a viable development tool Follow

I am developing some UI and this tool was discussed a lot..... but years ago.

In version 13 I can not even find it.  It is suppose to be included as a plugin.

Is this tool something good for use with GWT 2.6+ and IDEA 13+.  If so, how do you install/find it.
