Team City plugin - Remote Run doesn't work in 9.0M1
When I try to 'Remote Run' code I want to commit to CVS, the 'Remote Run...' button on the 'Commit Changes' dialog depresses but does nothing. The 'Commit Changes' dialog stays where it is. The 'Commit' button works OK.
In the previous version of Maia, the 'Remote Run...' button on the 'Commit Changes' dialog didn't work either, but gave an error which could be reported directly.

Hello Dave,
Please attach your idea.log. The exception popup is disabled in the release
builds so you can't report the exception directly - that's expected behavior.

I tried clearing caches and re-installing the TeamCity plug-in. When I next tried to do a 'Remote Run', the 'Commit Changes' dialog told me I was not logged in (although I was), and gave me a log in dialog. When I tried to log-in, I got the error window below:
Subsequently, the 'Remote Run', button on the 'Commit Changes' dialog ceased working. I checked the 'TeamCity' menu and I was logged on the whole time .I can also log off and log back on from there without any problem.
