Usability problem with "Change signature" refactoring Follow

I also frequently run into http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-22693 . A fix for that would be greatly appreciated!

The little nifty things make IntelliJ a great IDE. Fixing those little  bugs would improve it much more as those bugs really slow down the working pace.
