Help Topic Not Found

Build #9779

In the Breakpoints dialog you get an Error saying:
Help topic ~debugging.xxxx" not found
for each tab apart from the JavaScript Breakpoints tab.

The Help that is displayed for the JavaScript Breakpoints is generic to just Breakpoints though.
It would be nice if there were also sub-pages that just focussed on the individual tabs as well.
I think that would be clearer than tables that have a columnm that says Breakpoint type.
