IntelliJ Tomcat integration for Maven based projects

I've successfully created an IntelliJ project for a maven based webapp and have integrated it with my local copy of Tomcat6.

After starting it up in debug mode, performing changes to a class in the class path and making theproject (Command + F9) I'm presented with the following pop-up.
redeploy_facets.png
Clicking on "No" allows code changes to be hotswapped in Tomcat without redeploying the entire app.

However, if I check the "Do not show this dialog in the future" option and accidentally clicked "Yes", how can I get this dialog back?   From looking at the IntelliJ preferences, its not clear to me where this setting is.

The settings have a search feature (upper left corner).
If you type "deploy", you'll find "Compiler -> Deploy web applications to server after compilation"
If you type "swap", you'll find "Debugger -> HotSwap -> Reload classes after compilation".
