Intellij 12, ubuntu 13.04, Dual monitor and scroll issues.

Environment:
Ubuntu 13.04  3.8.0-26-generic #38-Ubuntu SMP Mon Jun 17 21:43:33 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux with two monitors
IntelliJ evaluation 12.1.4 June 10 2013

Problem:
Open two files in an editor
Drag one file onto secondary monitor.
Check scrolling on poped-out file - all ok.
Return focus to the first file on main monitor and intellij screen
Return to secondary monitor and poped out file - scrolling stops working. Mouse does not scroll, draggin scrollbar does not help.
Click About in main editor in Help-About
Return to secondary monitor poped-out file - scrolling works ok, until it looses focus, then stops working again.

Is this related to Ubuntu, graphic card or...?

Looks like Ubuntu specific. Could you please go to About dialog, press Ctrl+C and then paste the result here. Thanks.

There is also a stackoverflow post about this issue.

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19087426/when-using-intellij-running-dual-monitors-on-ubuntu-how-to-get-menu-to-get-menu

And there is an open bug about this issue:

I still face this problem in Ubuntu 14.04. Please vote for the bug if you still face this issue.
