JPQL Problem Recognizing Entities

So when I opened up my project using the latest IntelliJ build my JPQL queries are showing red for entities where they didn't before. The project contains these entites so what do I need to do so that IntelliJ will be able to resolve these once again? Both JEE and JPA facets are part of the project.
