Annoying freezes on Intellij 13.1.2

Recently I'm getting loads of annoying momentary freezes or stuttering with Intellij 13.1.2.

I've followed instructions in https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/entries/29983118-Reporting-performance-problems and got a snapshot during one of these freezes.

Seems like there's a buffered reader taking CPU? Some XML apparently but I was coding a Java class?

They keep happening, even after a restart, here's another screenshot of Yourkit.

What is this doing? Any idea how to disable it?

Please try disabling "IDE Talk" plugin

I tried but it hardly made a different. I'm still getting stuttering when typing, very annoying...

I already posted some above :|

I see, unfortunately it does not contain anything "interesting" except for possible cause IDETalk plugin. Please try to capture "longer" session. Thanks.

Ok, that's more interesting. Can you reproduce it using 13.1.3 EAP http://eap.jetbrains.com/idea/?
