Using the new code coverage

Hi,
I am trying to use the code coverage option IDEA version. Sometimes it
works, sometimes it does not. I cannot find a reason why it sometimes
shows the percentages next to the classes, sometimes it does not and
sometimes it shows only 0%.
Can someone explain how it should work, maybe explain the steps I can
take to try to learn more about the problem.
