9540 - Incoming changes on SVN branches

We just branched a project from Trunk.  We made a new project based on the branch.  In the incoming changes SVN view (on the branch project), I'm seeing changes made on Trunk - I don't think changes on other branches used to be visible when working on a branch.

Is this some configuration setting in my editor or has something changed?
