#8823 Changes Bar error

Got this after doing a CVS rollback on a file:

Yeah sorry, it's not compatible with Diana yet, and I haven't had any
time recently to update it. But the volume of bug reports I've been
getting due to this is a pretty good incentive to get it done asap.

Hi Dave,

A new version of Changes Bar is now available that should fix this and
all other known issues with Diana. Please let me know if you find any
other problems, and thanks for using the plugin.
