IntelliJ 7 Class Structure Pane broken for 1 year.

IntelliJ 7 Class Structure Pane has been broken for inner classes for over one year.

It's really is frustrating to see new features added to IntelliJ 7 when this bug(IDEA-15369) has been reported for over a year,
when it appears that all that is needed is to call some refresh code from the GUI when pressing a button.

Is this ever going to be fixed?
