Mixed anti-aliasing in the UI

Please take a look at the attached screenshot which shows a part of the
settings dialog. You will see easily that the first combobox is antialiased
(and taller than the other) and all other things are not antialiased. Most
likely such visual glitches let people blame Swing as a bad user interface
toolkit.
