Overloading Select Run/Debug in toolbar with Maven goals.

8940 introduced a very annoying, at least to me, feature where running a Maven goal adds that to the Select Run/Debug in the toolbar. I expect the Run & Debug buttons to invoke the selected Run-like thing, not the last build thing.

This is in addition to 8940's doing an IntelliJ build before running any Maven goal (I really, really, hope that's a bug not a feature.)
