How can I create class/file by File Template in IDEA 8 M1?

The function in IDEA 7 is in "New" item of context menu. Where can I
find the function in IDEA 8?

Did you use the Customizations feature to modify the menus? The "Edit File
Templates..." action is supposed to be shown in this menu, but I can't see
it on your screenshot.

I delete all custom templates, and reset all internal templates.
After recreating my templates, them are shown in the context menu.
I think the template setting file may be broken.
My setting of IDEA 8 is upgraded from old version, IDEA 7.
