Flex support in IntelliJ 8.0M1, renaming custom components cause hang

I am running 8.0 M1 Intellij on OSX 10.4 and have been exploring the flex and action script support that it offers.

One major issue I have come across on a regular basis is when developing custom components in my flex application, IntelliJ cpu utilization and memory usage goes through the roof if I attempt to rename either an mxml or as file defining my custom component. IntelliJ does not recover from this and I have to kill the process.

and file a JIRA issue with the snapshot attached.
