Seam support in multi module projects

I currently have a project that has separate web and ejb modules (not unusual I believe). IDEA doesn't recognise any of my Seam components. Could it be because of this?

Thanks - Ben

Did you add Seam facets in your modules?

IDEA automatically suggested adding to my web module (which doesn't contain any Seam components, but does of course have the components.xml), which I accepted. I've also tried adding the Seam facet to my ejb module (where the components live).

Any other ideas?

(p.s. Seam support used to recognise my components in Selena)

For instance, project consists of module 'A' and module 'B'.

if 'A' has seam facet and 'B' depends on 'A' then 'B' sees all seam components
of 'A'.
if 'A' has seam facet and 'B' has seam facet and 'A' and 'B' has no dependencies
then 'A' doesn't see components of 'B' and 'B' doesn't see components of 'A'.

Is your ejb module dependent of web module?

Serega.

Ahh I see. I thought them both being in the EE facet would make them "magically dependent" :)

Thanks for your help
