Adding TeamCity Open API Maven repository to IntelliJ project

Hello,

I am having problems adding the TeamCity Open API Maven repository to my IntelliJ project. I added http://repository.jetbrains.com/all (I found the address http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TCD8/DevelopingPluginsUsing+Maven) to my list of repositories and when I click Test it comes up with the following error message.

I am quite new to Maven and IntelliJ so I am thinking there is something I must be misunderstanding (maybe I am using the wrong address). Would anybody be able to help?
