Howto run/debug a java ee application with glassfish in Idea 8?

Is there any web page teaching how to run / debug a java ee application with glassfish in Idea 8? I need an ejb jar file, another jar file containing entity beans and local / remote interfaces, a war file and all the necessary lib jars.
