Pinned CPU , on editor analysis

Sounds like the same thing reported in the this thread and JIRA . Can you attach your snapshots to that JIRA? It might help JetBrains.

btw i have this in 7.0.3 as well. basically for a long time. reported it previously as well.

i think it has to do with syntax analysis. because im testing disabling all inspections still get pin cpu.

p4 3.4ghz, 2gb ram
