Intellij JS debugger won't connect to Chrome

Hey, I can get the debugger connected to Firefox correctly, but Chrome always opens and never opens the the html page.

I have the plugin installed and when I check "generated background page"

the console just has a lot of
Failed to load resourcehttp://127.0.0.1:63342/browserConnection/buildInfo

I've tried changing around the ports in the chrome extension, but it didn't help.
