When viewing diffs - F7 doesn't allow to start from the top of the file

Subj: after pressing F7 a number of times and hitting the bottom of the file - one needs to start pressing Shift+F7 to go back.
Why not make F7 to suggest to start from the beginning of the file, same way as it happens with, say, F3 when it says in the bottom "XYZ not found, press F3 to search from the top"

While you're looking at that, maybe you could deal with http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-15568 at the same time, so my colleagues don't think I'm constantly spying on them!
