on the fly properties conversion

Hello Mario,

Can someone please confirm that Diana 8243 is no longer willing to
convert the properties file on the fly?

Or is there some misconfiguration now on my side. It worked
previously.

The setting has been moved, and can now be found under Settings | File/Directory
Options | File Encodings.
