p4 logs written to temp dir in windows?

A bunch of us are seeing lots and lots of 10MB logs from p4 in our
temp directory (e.g., idea_p462636command.output). Is there any way to
turn this off?

No, but these files are supposed to be deleted automatically. We'll investigate
why this can fail to happen.
