Go to Action shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + A) not working

Remap to another shortcut in File|Settings|Keymap?

I only found out about the go to action shortcut yesterday :'( ....
Unfortunately, the shortcut doesn't respond for me... I'm pretty sure
it's another program that's hijacking the shortcut... but nothing
happens at all...

I don't know how I can get it to work or how to fix it...

Any ideas?

Obviously, I'd like to use this as a last resort... I like the ctrl + shift + a mapping because it's currently not in use and I'd like to be able to find out why it's not working...

If it's currently not in use then it's nothing inside IDEA using it -
first place I'd look is other programs running in your OS, they might be
hooking into these keypresses.

It was Trillian's shortcuts that were hijacking my keypresses. Deleting the shortcuts fixed the issue.
