Little bug in UI

I'm using the "Editor tabs in single row" option and I've found little bug in UI. See the attached screenshot. The line under tabs is broken. Position of this space depends on active tab.

PS: Is this forum the right place for report a bug?

The right place is JIRA tracker, but we can already find this issue there:
