Global keyboard shortcuts for standard Maven goals

Would it possible to set "global" Maven keyboard shortcuts for the standard goals? The standard goals I use most are clean, compile, package, site, deploy and install. Right now, it appears you can only set shortcuts per pom, which is really tedious. One of the great parts of Maven is that you have the same build goals for all projects.
