Same problem in the key settings dialog...
Just for reference: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-95927What is your regional system settings (please see in Control Panel): 1) location, 2) language for non-Unicode programs? What's wrong with the first screenshot: would you like to see English? (Sorry, I can't read hieroglyphs, so may miss the idea.)Thanks,Alexander.
For the first question, I think it should be China, Chinese. And for the second, the problem for the first scree shot is, that should be a key-sequence, so it should be English or something on the keyboard. But it seems like some chinese charactor(but indeed, it's not, i can't read it even as a chinese...)
AFAIK, Sun/Oracle has localized some key names (like "Enter" that should be in the tip, or "Right") in API classes for Chinese. So this names are what JDK returns to IDEA.The quickest way to switch to English not changing anything in the system is to start IDEA with some localization properties. E.g. to add into bin/idea.exe.vmoptions (or idea64.exe.vmoptions) the following:-Duser.language=en-Duser.country=USPlease try, maybe it's Ok to you.Alexander.
It works, Thank you!
