IntelliJ debugger is causing TcServer jvm to stop and restart

Hello, when using IntelliJ to debug my app, my TcServer jvm will restart. The jvmrestarts if I hit a breakpoint, and do not step through the breakpoint before 1 minute.

The 'error message' is this:
JVM did not exit on request, terminated

I am using jrebel 5.3.0.

Any thoughts?
