Confusing jira resolutions in IDEA's jira tracker
One thing I just noticed is that under Resolutions. The main states in Resolution is "Resolved" and "Unresolved".
There are some other resolutions which seem to be a subset of "Unresolved", e.g. "Backlogged", "To Be Discussed", "Problem".
Normally, when I search IDEA's jira I always select Resolution = 'Unresolved' problems only, so these Jiras marked with 'Backlogged", "To Be Discussed", etc. resolutions are not showing up. To make things even more confusing, these "Backlogged", etc. items have their Status set to "Resolved" when they are anything but...
I would suggest you get rid of those other resolutions. Here is what to do:
"Backlogged" resolution items should be bulk changed to IDEABKL, Status=Open, Resolution=Unresolved
"To Be Discussed" resolution items should be bulk changed to Status = To Be Discussed, Resolution=Unresolved
"Problem" resolution items?? just change to Status Open, Unresolved

Hello Alex,
We don't really use the "Backlogged" and "To be discussed" resolutions much
these days. Unfortunately reconfiguring statuses in JIRA is quite painful,
so I don't think we will change the configuration.
That's right.
No, such requests are moved to IDEABKL with "To be discussed" status.
Nope. "Problem" means that the situation reported by the user is indeed a
problem which would need some kind of resolution (so it's not Won't Fix),
but we are unable to do anything about that and do not foresee being able
to do anything about it in the future.
