Refactoring->Generify... Feedback (As of Selena EAP 7312)

Hi,

I recently had to migrate an API package to JDK 1.5, so I did alot of Generify... and Analyze->Inspect Code this week.

In the process, I found some bugs in Generify... while I filed, and I went ahead and wrote up a summary of the current Jira Bugs and feature requests for Generify... and also how it compares to Eclipse.
