Last 2 builds getting very strange error highlighting

Often times when I'm editing JSP and XML files, I'm getting random sections highlighted red saying that the IDE cannot find something completely irreveleant to what is highlight.

 

One example:

 

 

I'm getting this problem a LOT. The only way to resolve it is to close the file in the editor and re-open it. These phantom errors even trigger the file to be marked red in the left project pane. I've already tried removing all my caches.

 

Any ideas?
