Our development group has been experiencing problems when attempting to run a Grails app or run Grails tests in IntelliJ IDEA 7.0 EAP M2 with the JetGroovy plugin, and after searching the forums and JIRA, it seems that this is a known issue:
The JIRA entries state that the problem has been fixed, but it's unclear as to what revision of the plugin this fix occurs. Short of checking out the code and building the plugin myself, can someone clarify when the JetGroovy plugin fixes will be promoted to the plugin site so the plugin can be updated via the Plugin Manager in IntelliJ IDEA 7.0 EAP M2? We're evaluating IntelliJ IDEA 7.0 for our Groovy/Grails project and it would be nice to have a working Grails environment within IntelliJ IDEA. We're currently struggling mightily with the Groovy/Grails plugin for Eclipse.
