Jboss 7 error during artifact deployment

I am running IntelliJ 12.1.1 and Jboss 7.1.1 final.   When I start the jboss server from within IntelliJ I get the following message.   Even though it says there are errors, there are none.  Not in the console, not in the server logs, not in the boot logs.   When I try and access one of the rest calls in the app I get a 404 (sometimes a 500).

However, if I copy the same are into the deploy dir, without restarting either IntelliJ or JBoss, and let jboss deploy it I get this message :

16:19:54,266 INFO  [org.jboss.as.server] (DeploymentScanner-threads - 1) JBAS018559: Deployed "insites-hvsn-jboss-1.0-SNAPSHOT.war"

And everything works just fine.  It is only at the initial startup of JBoss from IJ (when JBoss is started from the console everything works as it should) and it is really annoying.   I did have some permgen errors earlier in the project and was able to get around those by increasing the memory via the VM arguments  (-Xms64M -Xmx512M -XX:MaxPermSize=256M).  I have tried using greater values to solve this latest issue but no luck.

Any ideas?

Hello,

1) replace the <IDEA home>/bin/log.xml with the attached one, or add the following lines at the end of the existing one:
  <category name="#com.intellij.javaee.oss.server.JavaeeServerInstanceImpl">
    <priority value="DEBUG"/> <appender-ref ref="CONSOLE-ALL"/>
  </category>
2) (re)start the IDEA
3) launch your JBoss Run configuration and wait until it finishes the startup
4) attach produced IDEA log (Help -> Show Log in ...)
5) attach complete textual content of the Output tab

The new fresh youtrack for this issue will definitely not hurt.
