Maven Dependency management and project/module libraries

It would be really nice if IntelliJ modelled my Maven pom structure and promoted dependencies listed in the ]]> as project dependencies and not library depenencies and then apply them correctly to each module (much cleaner). It would be even better if i checked one of those libraries for a module and its dependency was properly reflected in the pom for that module.
