# 7065: Outdated Version bar won't go away

I just installed # 7065, opened my project and did an apparently successful CVS update. However, a number of source files display the 'Outdated version...' header bar. When I click 'Show Diff' it says there are no differences, and when I click 'Update Project', it runs the update, but the 'Outdated version' header remains.
If I use the context menu to update the file individually, it says the file is up to date.

How do I make these 'Outdated version...' header bars go away?
