Ant build works from command line but not on IDE

I have been debuging this for a while now.

The same ant file when I run from command line it works perfectly but when I run from the IDE I get

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tools/ant/types/XMLCatalog


Has anyone experience?
