OpenAPI documentation
Have I missed something or is the Javadoc generated documentation of the OpenAPI simply missing in idea7051-dev.zip? (If the former is the case, how do I get the Javadoc?)

indeed it's missing, you can generate it from the sources yourself
Must have been a one-off:
