Comma-first coding style

I'm new to IntelliJ and have been trying to configure a Code Style Scheme to match my preferences. I prefer to use the comma-first style when arranging parameters and arguments on multiple lines. Is it possible to configure IntelliJ to support this coding style?

similarly it would be nice to have lines break with the + at the start
rather than the end of the line so they align and it is thus easier to
ensure all are present and accounted for.

Motors make noise, and that tells you about the feelings and attitudes
that went into it. Something was more important than sensory pleasure --
nobody would invent a chair or dish that smelled bad or that made horrible
noises -- why were motors invented noisy? How could they possibly be
considered complete or successful inventions with this glaring defect?
Unless, of course, the aggressive, hostile, assaultive sound actually served
to express some impulse of the owner.

No, IJ doesn't allow to do that.
