Confused about project being up to date

I reported this same thing quite some time ago when I was using RubyMine, but basically what happens is that the yellow, "outdated version" message gets stuck at the top of the edit window.  My project is up to date yet the out of date bar shows up at the top of the edit window and it will not go away.  I am attaching a screen shot showing the message at the top of the window, and then the two "everything is fine messages at the bottom of the screen.

I am using P4 2010 Sept 23 version, and IntelliJ #IU 111.228
