Flash artifact deployment, is it possible?

Hello guys.

I'm  having the following issue. I have configured an artifact for my flash web app and its working as expected. I have also connected IDEA to my ftp for quick deployment and it seems to be working great when I deploy php files.
The problem is that the file mappings can't work for whatever is included in the artifact because IDEA considers these files to be out of project so I can't sync them through ftp.

Any ideas on workarounds for this?
