Error when starting up webapp debug session

I get this error in the "make" window when trying to start a debug session for a simple web application:

Error: Error Argument 0 for @NotNull parameter of com/intellij/psi/PsiManagerImpl.findFile must not be null

I assume this is a bug, is there something I can do to work around this? Build is 6913...
