Could not create the Java Virtual Machine

Hi,

I am working on an iPhone app and using the IntelliJ Build->Package AIR app.
Coincidentally or not, I upgraded this morning to IntelliK 12.0.2 and I keep hitting the

Failed to package AIR application iOS_device.ipa:
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.

And I'm not having much luck creating an IPA today.
Any guidance on how to fine tune my settings to allow for the right amout of heap space?

If it helps, I am running 64 bit JVM.
At the bottom right of my IntelliJ, whilst it's trying to build, I can see that the Allocated heap space is 260M used 144M
As far as the total memory is concerned (bottom right hand), it shows 106M of 494M and that doesn't seem to hit the maximum here.

Thanks!

Packaging is performed by a separate java process, not within IntelliJ IDEA main process. Please paste its command line (don't forget to cut your password out of there).

I am now able to package it. The problem seems to be on and off.

There is the command

c:\program files (x86)\jetbrains\intellij idea 12.0.2\jre\jre\bin\java.exe -Dapplication.home=D:\flex_sdk_4.6 -Xmx384m -Dsun.io.useCanonCaches=false -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -Djava.awt.headless=true -Duser.language=en -Duser.region=en -Xmx512m -jar D:\flex_sdk_4.6\lib\adt.jar -package -target ipa-ad-hoc -storetype PKCS12 -keystore D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\ios_profiles\certificate.p12 -storepass xxxx -provisioning-profile D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\ios_profiles\headr_development.mobileprovision D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\bin-debug\iOS_device.ipa D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\bin-debug\HeadrApplication-app.xml -extdir D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\ane -C D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\bin-debug HeadrApplication2.swf -C D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\src data -C D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\src icons -C D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\src Default-568h@2x.png -C D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\src Default.png -C D:\Headr\trunk\headr-app\headr-mobile\app\src Default@2x.png

Google says that rebooting Windows should help.

Right, it is a separate process. So nothing within IntelliJ per se and no tweaking of settings there could have fixed that.
Thanks.
