Deployment stopped working in upgrade to IntelliJ 12.0.1

I have recently upgraded from IntelliJ 11 to 12. Upon doing so, my Tomcat 6 deployment (running in debug mode inside the IDE on my development box) no longer works.

I can deploy the generated WAR file to a test server and it works fine.

Inside the IDE Debug tab when starting the Tomcat server, the first two lines are:

C:\opt\tomcat\bin\catalina.bat run
[2013-01-04 10:43:39,843] Artifact webapp-teammania:Web-TM exploded: Server is not connected. Press 'Deploy' to start deployment.

I don't know where the "Deploy" option is.

Then, when I open a browser to access the test site, I get this exception:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.objectweb.asm.Opcodes

Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how I might be able to fix this?

Thanks!

I have the same issue when trying to deploy to Weblogic 9.2. Maybe it isn't only related to Weblogic if you are having the same issue on Tomcat (of course they could be different causes). I have this issue opened:

I actually had this same issue with the IntelliJ 12 EAP version and opened an issue then as well, it was closed, but not fixed, here was my original issue:
