Features and Bugs

Observations:

+ Many others have noted the frequent hangs and crashes in the latest 6776 build. I noticed in the last two EAP builds as well. I especially notice it when a popup for JSP/HTML tags appear.

+ When Selena autocompletes say the class attribute on a div, many times the cursor is placed outside the quotes rather than within it. Furthermore, if I enter the closing right angle bracket after entering an attribute the closing tag is not added. If I don't supply an attribute however it does auto-insert the the closing div.

Questions/Requests:

? Is there a way to anti-alias the gui fonts outside the editor panes? I have added -Dswing.aatext=true to the startup options and this anti-aliases many of the fonts but the fonts in the project tree view are not, the new JSP/HTML/XML path indicator bubbles above the editor panes are also not anti-aliased. Finally fonts in the expanding panes that do not use an editor pane font for display are also not anti-aliased.

This one should be fixed in next build.

What JRE are you using to run IDEA?

Using JDK 6 and also selecting to use anti-aliased fonts from the settings definitely makes the project tree anti-aliased for me. I can't remember off the top of my head whether the new bubbles are anti-aliased though.
